Downtown Sin City

Posted by Behrooz Sangani (Tehran, Iran) on 5 April 2007 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

This junction is a very big part of the city life in Tehran. This is the Valiasr Sq.
No matter how unbelievably big the city is, or who you are and what you do, you are bound to cross this path every now and then.
On the left, where you cannot see in this picture, is a common place for lovers and friends to meet. You can always see a few youthful faces waiting on the sidewalks beside the square for a friend to come.

PS: I really wanted that burning sun and also the blur effect on the fountains. Well here is the result. I put my sunglasses in front of the camera lens. The brown tone is because of that.

Sorry all my friends on AM3. I had a busy week and failed to respond to your wonderful comments. I'm back and appreciate all your kind words.
