Wow Behrooz, you've really outdone yourself. 5*. Love the post-processing and I love those glasses. My only critique would be cropping about 5-10% off the top so that her eyes sit more on the center line. But a fabulous shot nonetheless.

Nice bursting of red colour in this picture. The lips, her specs and also the background. And nice treatment done on the picture. Cool!

Nice but I found some probs! (all are my views, I don't wanna to cavil at you and be the FASTIDIOUS EVIL MAN here! just wanna have kind positive critisizing)
1- Focus is on the glasses frame, its should be on the eyes.
2- F number is too low, may be 4 or 5 was work better for details.
3- The light!, face have a flat light, no deepness, all the shodows are filled, do you exposed camera flashgun? or used lighting tools?
4- Not as important above but it is good to tell her brush her eyebrows with cosmetic brushes first then you took the picture, its important in portrait SPECIALLY FOR WOMEN!!

Definitely a beautiful woman... and although I do agree with some of the critiques (as in the cropping) it still a very wonderful portrait! I do like the dof... it gives a great softness to the background.

o well, thanks for your kind reply, I guessed that its not a managed shot,
If a handheld... so you have to expose built-in flash, cause the background color shows that there weren't enough light. I don't like built-in flash except for its fill flash uses, I use my hotshoe by a speedlit 430ex, a miracle creates when you shot the flash to walls around and get light from its reflexes manualy set!
an aslo about the F number, maybe you have to use low because of lack of light.
but two things could be done, her eybrow and one other thing, wasn't the lens too near too her? I see a convexed disortion type in her face, I think using more focal lens distance and getting farther was better to prevent this problem.
all aside, I like the smooth bachground and colors compositions, glasses fram, lips, hair, background. nice set of colors.
