Garden of Eden
Posted by Behrooz Sangani (Tehran, Iran) on 28 March 2008 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio.
This amazing place is the front yard of Zanjan Laundry Room (Persian: رختشویخانه زنجان). Yes I was away and this time to Zanjan state, Iran. I'll publish tons of pictures from new places and things I've found in this trip.
PS. You know, I'm not still home. I came to Shiraz and hopefully will be back in a few days.
Thank you for all you kind comments while I'm away.

Sir Arthur C. Clarke, the great writer who was well-known for his science fictions around the world, died on Marth 19th at the age of 90.
Sir Arthur believed that we live in a world where anything is possible. He brought us images from the future, took us beyond our small world, and made us believe that imaginations can easily become reality. His three laws were, and still are:
1. "When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is very probably wrong."
2. "The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible."
3. "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
I would like to dedicate a day, let's say the last day of this month March 31th, to his memory, so I decided to suggest a theme for the day.
** Clarke's Day **
Dare to dream, let your imagination run wild, show us that impossible is merely a word in the dictionary. Take an element from his dreams, or yours, and make a picture. It can simply be a sign with the number 2001 on it or a picture of a UFO, but I'm not suggesting anything. It's up to you, my friend.
