I happened to visit one of Gulliver's precious islands, Lilliput. :D
This is my first attempt on faking tilt shift lens effect. Hope you like it.

Oh WOW, superb! what a great effect you created, my first thought was 'where in the world was he when he took this?' of course from the point of you of a giant, it changes everything ;)
I am baffled how people are using tilt shift to make things out of focus when the original use of such was to increase the depth of field (focus) over a greater depth and/or to keep the vertical lines in architectural images parallel and similar actions. I find the loss of depth of field here annoying and - well - stupid.
Otherwise it is interesting to find that there is, in fact, a place named Lilliput and to see how beautiful it is.
Your shot does that well enough, despite this odd lens use. Of course, I give you that you or anyone can do whatever with anything to whatever effect. I just don't see the point here.

@Hugh Petrie: Thanks, Hugh. I'm totally at loss here and can't get your point. This is a Photoshop effect to fake the tilt shift lens features.
